One entrant per entry. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, mutilated or misdirected mail. Entries that are illegible or incomplete are not eligible.

Participants must be residents of the 50 US States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Maplegate Media Group (MMG), subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household members are not eligible to enter. Requests must be received by December 31, 2008.

Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around June 2, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. The total number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning. Entries become the property of MMG and will not be returned. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The sponsors, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of force majeure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort and to award all prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by Sponsors. All entrants agree that MMG, its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes shall have no liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance and use of any prize.

Failure to execute and return any requested document within twenty-one (21) days of postmark, or return of notification of prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of MMG. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners. Substitution of prizes is not allowed. Any applicable federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
