
Dexter Industries latest endeavor is the GoBox: a STEM program for kids based on the Raspberry Pi. The GoBox includes the GoPiGo2, an easier to assemble and more durable version of the GoPiGo.
Those who sign up for the year-long version of the GoBox will receive robot parts, detailed instructions and a mission each month, beginning in December 2015. Missions are designed to show students how they can integrate the new parts in fun ways.
Noteable parts of basic GoBox program include a light, ultrasonic, infrared, line and motion sensors, as wells as a buzzer, wheels, button and LED. The advanced version of the kit, which costs $339, also includes a Raspberry Pi camera and a servo kit for the camera.
