Hi All:
I am new to this site and I am not a technical person. I have an idea for a product that involves 2 of my interests, coin collecting and photography.
I am designing a small mobile table top photo studio for taking high resolution photos of coins. One of the things that I would like to be able to do is to be able to record the exact location (xyz) of my flood and spot lights. The idea is that I as take more and more coin phots, I build a more refined location for positioning the lights to get the best image of the different coin types.
So what I am thinking of is a small LPS that could track and record the exact position of up to six independent lights. I would like to also look at some kind of very quiet power activation/movement system that could actually move the lights to the best location based on coin type and then I, as the photographer, could make the last final local adjustments manually or preferably through a laptop computer which is part of the solution for controling the camera and allowing Clients to see the images as they are being composed..
Oh, and the kicker is that this along with the camera, laptop, lights, copy stand and assoriates cables/conrols all need to fit into a case that meets airline carryon baggage size and weight retrictions.
any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
G.E.
