Does anyone know of good java programmable kits available besides the intellibrain boe-bot? I've seen vex's robot C and am not too impressed...this is for my ap java progging class and i was wondering if anybody knew of good educational kits...

I understand LEGO kits can be programmed with a subset of Java. Try the book: Maximum Lego NXT: Building Robots with Java Brains.

Lolz, I'm so sure lego would be an acceptable java programming platform for me peers...anything more advanced? I was thinking of something more on the lines of somehow adapting the BRAT's from lynxmotion to except java programs, but I'm not quite sure how to do that.
