DARPA Urban Challenge this Saturday

Despite a much lower new profile than the previous Grand Challengeevents, the DARPA UrbanChallenge has rolled ahead to the qualificationphase. The actual competition will occur on Saturday 3 November at 6pmPT. You'll be able to watch a live webcast of the event on the DARPA Urban Challenge website.Meanwhile, check out Team CajunBot'sadventures in the qualifying rounds, a NewYork Times article that mentions Stanford's robot, named Junior.Wired also posted a newarticle on Junior and one onBoss, CMU's robot.
