I-sobt seems like its going to be a hit this Christmas after it comes out what would you like to see maybe as a add on pack?
I would wheels or a skateboard like Plen.
Swords or snap on armor like a samurai ( time to scour the toy stores)
mp3 back pack
Drum set have a I-sobot band

Given the size and servo torque it's hard to come up with any weighty accessories like a mp3 back pack. Swords, different outfits or costumes would be cool, and not to hard to put together via toy, model, and dollar stores. The drum set, or other instruments would be very cool.
What I would really like to see is a PC remote control similar to RoboDance (http://www.robodance.com/) so that you could build, edit, share the programs on your PC.

when i made my first bot i used a cola can for armor lol
Then it's coming full circle. :)
My first 'robot' as a kid was Japanese and if you looked through the joints you could see that it was made from some old recycled can because the old label was still on the inside surface.
Cans, bottles - especially PET bottles make excellent materials for projects like this. The PET bottles are basically the same plastic that's used for the RC car bodies and you can use the same techniques to cut, prep and paint them.

Hello,
If it was pc controlled, camera on its head and grippers for hands it would be allot cooler, but I think that it is pretty cool as it is.

Pc controlled it will happen once the "toy" phase wears off the company will release the code or he will be hacked :) would love all that as long as they can keep costs down

Hello,
I think that as long as the cost is reasonable for a humanoid robot I will buy them, but I would also like to see a humanoid robot that is more then a toy or a hobby. And for that I would pay more then a couple of hundred dollars.

I stated this in another thread but Bluetooth and a color camera are on my wish list.

I would love to see a suit of armor. If anyone has any ideas or does actually make one, please post specs and photos. :)

I think the i-sobot is fine the way it is... One thing I am looking for is a nice soft-pouch carrying case adorned with the i-sobot logo. Would be nice to have one specifically for the i-sobot so that you can safely transport it, a few extra batteries, the charger, and the controller in one little soft pouch. A digital camera case comes to mind...
