Hello,
I recently built a web interface for one of my servo controllers. It is open source so do what you wish with it. It is set to work on port 81 by default and the project was created using C++ .NET 2005.
I set it up to work with my own servo controller so if you want to use another type you must have an API or add some serial code to the software.
