robonova plastic

does any one know if you can buy or can custom make robonova plastic, based on the hrp-2m?

You can custom mold plastic using various techniques including a vacuform machine. This heats a sheet of plastic which is then placed over a mold and the air is vacuumed out. The shape is form fit and the plastic is allowed to cool. These have been around since the 1960s and Mattel made one as a toy which was perfect for creating robot panels, parts, etc. As far as buying Robonova-1 custom plastic, I'm not aware of any sources.
